Hi! This is Teacher Del and I'm a graduate of Business Administration with a major in Management and minor in Industrial Psychology under my belt. I completed my university degree in one of the noted business schools in our country, the Philippine School of Business Administration. I started tutoring English since I was in the university, and it dawned on me the love to teach back then.

哈囉，我是Del老師，菲律賓商業管理大學畢，主修管理，副修工業心理學，菲律賓商業管理大學是菲律賓最有名的商業大學之一。我從大學時期開始擔任家教，並因此產生對教育的熱忱。

After graduating from the university, I worked in Human Resources Department for many years, and I have had significant experience in Training, recruitment, benefits administration and organizational development.

大學畢業後，我在人資部門工作，因此累積不少訓練、招募、利潤管理和組織訓練相關的經驗。

Then, I went back to ESL teaching which is my first love, and I know that I will have a fulfilling and colorful career in helping my students learn English, and learn from them as well. From then on, I concentrated on learning more teaching skills, and completed more English training programs by being a professional ESL Online teacher.

接著，我轉換跑道，重拾教鞭。我知道，在幫助學生學習英文的同時，我也一起同步成長，這將是充實而又多采多姿的教職生涯。自此之後，我投注更多心力鑽研教學技巧，並且積極參加一些在職英語訓練課程。

To me, having fun while learning English is very effective and very encouraging to the students. I am definitely not a bookish teacher. I always make sure that they have learned something from me and it goes well beyond the standard textbook.

對我而言，我確保學員每堂課都能學到東西，而且不會照本宣科，因為，讓學員在學習英文的過程中感到樂趣橫生，是一種非常有效、非常能鼓舞人心的學習方式。
