用英文解釋圖表數據，這些句型學起來一定派得上用場！

到了外商公司，除了要用英文跟客戶溝通之外，可能還要在台上用英文進行簡報，面對圖表數據，我們該如何用正確的句型，說明給客戶知道呢？

以下先簡單介紹4種常見圖表的英文名稱！



除此之外，我們該怎麼運用英文片語來說明這些圖表的內容呢？
譬如說，你想表達這份圖表所代表的意義，你可以說：
The chart is about ... (這個圖表是關於..)
The chart deals with ...(這個圖表是與…相關)
The chart (clearly) shows ...(這圖表清楚地顯示出…)

若是要到數據進行說明，則可以用：
... is bigger than ... (XXX大於XXX)
more than ... percent ... (超過X%的…)
only one third ...(只有三分之一的…)
less than half ...(少於一半的…)
數據若有增加、減少或維持不變，可以用：
The number ... increases/goes up/grows by ...(數字增加)
The number ... decreases/goes down/sinks by ...(數字減少)
The number ... does not change/remains stable(數字不變)

最後要總結的話可以說：
So we can say ...(所以我們可以說)
